OTHER PROJECTS

During the pandemic, music director Michael Fennelly formed a new all-star group - THE BAD BOYS OF OPERA with tenors Jonathan Tetelman, Cody Austin, Matthew White, and Eric Margiore, and baritones Franco Pomponi and Gustavo Feulien. The BAD BOYS  debuted at the Texan Theater, TX. Their success led to the addition of the DANGEROUS DIVAS with sopranos Megan Weston and Rachel Querreveld who toured throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Florida to sold-out audiences.

In 2019, Athena Music Foundation was asked to refer some of our talented Athenians to record on the soundtrack of the Netflix hit miniseries THE QUEEN'S GAMBIT starring Anya Taylor-Joy. Featured are sopranos Megan Weston, Holly Flack, Melissa Harvey, and mezzo soprano Sishel Claverie.
